a mixed experience at this resort
convenient locationmalfunctioning air conditionerrude staff
the location was convenient to the beach and the walking street.
the air conditioner malfunctioned one night. it made loud noises and spat ice out. the staff blamed us for changing the temperature even though we only turned it on and off.

the room was a beautiful double room with balcony. the location proved fantastic, placing me steps away from the night market. the breakfast had many options (i liked the fresh pancakes).

excellent stay!
beautiful groundsspacious roomnice poolsearly luggage assistance
the grounds were beautiful with well-kept gardens. the room was spacious and clean. the pools looked very nice, i enjoyed them. staff provided assistance with my luggage early in the morning, i did not even have to ask.
the restaurant is across the road from the beach, it is a minor inconvenience.

the hotel is a minute's walk to the night market and it has a peaceful, chill vibe. it is close to the night market which has much to offer and close to coco tams for the fire display.

The room I booked was not what I expected. I had booked a bungalow, but I got a room in a building with multiple entrances. The noise isolation was terrible. I could hear every door slam. the Wi-Fi signal was very weak in the room. That was at the far end of the hotel. It could use some updating as it felt old.

The location was good. It was close to the markets.
the noise from the night market was terrible. it really bothered me late into the night. our room, sm 14, was very old and needed some updating, i think.
